International Orders: Unfortunately at this time we are unable to process international orders, but please check back soon - we're working on it!
Ordering confirmation: Within minutes of receiving your order, you'll receive an email confirmation from us. You'll also hear from us when your package ships. Firewalls and spam filters may prevent some transmissions; so if you don't receive these emails please let us know and we'll provide you with the information you need.
Sales Tax: A sales tax of 6% is added to all orders shipped to New Jersey addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments outside of New Jersey
Security: All transactions with Remanents.com occur in a secure environment and maintaining a worry-free shopping environment is our utmost priority. We use various security measures, including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, to protect any personal information that we collect.

Gift Orders: When you designate an item to be gift wrapped, we use one of several unique styles wrapped with a ribbon. We also include a gift card that reads "Sent to you by (your name)".
Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Remanents, its officers, directors and employees, from any demand or claim, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use, your use of the Web Site, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any entity or person.
Termination
These terms are effective until terminated by either party. These terms will terminate immediately on notice from Remanents if in its sole opinion you have failed to comply with any provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from the Web Site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of these terms or otherwise.

To the extent that the Web Site contains links to outside resources and services, Remanents does not control this outside resources and services' availability and/or content.
