		<description>Thank you for this website and all who contribute.  I am 48 and have  a neurological disease.  Before I began to get sick (10-2004) I was an avid runner/fitness instructor.  Things are very different now.  You probably get the picture no need to go into details. I got the go ahead (per neurologist) to try and run/walk.  Finding this website has given me courage to begin again.  By the way did I say I was 48!  No.  That&#039;s not too old.</description>
